How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 3 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 3 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.


Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 3 month subscription has ended.


What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 3 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).


How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 3 month initial subscription has passed.

MyOmniPass is a monthly subscription that gets you a Super Saver seat for every movie.

MyOmniPass starts from just £11.99 / €14.99 per month depending on your location. Start the sign up process and select your chosen location for more information.

Yes. There is a minimum subscription term of 3 months which you will pay monthly. Then you are moved to a month-to-month subscription where you can cancel at any time.

If your chosen location is a Standard site, then you will have access to Standard Super Saver seats at no extra cost. Standard Saver and Standard are still available to book at a small fee per seat.

If your location is a Recline site, then you will have access to all Standard seats and Recline Super Saver Seats at no additional cost. Recline Saver and Recline seats are still available to book at a small fee per seat.

You can cancel any time after your third monthly payment through your member dashboard. You can also cancel within the first 14-day cooling off period. Terms and conditions apply.
