Project Quantity Surveyor
The Omniplex Group are expanding their Property Department within the organisation to exclusively deal with the company’s properties, tenants, existing and development sites and acquisition of new properties.
The role of Project Quantity Surveyor will have you working across various projects, ensuring the maximum commercial benefit for the company and will entail a full delivery from tender stage through to final accounts and all-encompassing duties in between.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
- Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine material and labour requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget control
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Review contractor invoices and verify quantities and prices
- Prepare progress reports and cost analysis for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
