How Can I Cancel?

When your initial 12 month contract has ended, you will be placed into a rolling 30 day contract. After the initial period of 12 months, you can click the 'Manage My Subscription' button at any time and choose the 'Cancel My Subscription' button. This will stop any future payments on your account.


Why Can't I click the 'Update My Subscription' button?

This button will only become clickable once your initial 12 month subscription has ended.


What is MyOmniPass Gold?

MyOmniPass Gold is exclusively available for MyOmniPass members who have had their account for over 12 months. All members are updated automatically to enjoy new benefits including unlimited pre-booking of movies both online and in-cinema (as long as they don't overlap, and you only see a movie once).


How can I get access to MyOmniPass Gold?

You will be automatically upgraded to MyOmniPass Gold after your 12 month initial subscription has passed.

At Omniplex Cinemas, we strive for a perfect service for all our customers. Below you will find our general accessibility information including details on our subtitled & sensory screenings. If you’d like any more information, please feel free to contact your local cinema directly here, and a member of our management team will follow up with you.

Subtitled Screenings

Each Omniplex Cinema nationwide will show a subtitled movie every Monday evening, generally showing the top box office hit of the week before. The movie changes every week unless there is significant demand for a second showing of a popular movie. We set our movie schedules on a week to week basis so times will be updates each Wednesday for the coming Monday.

Sensory Friendly Screenings

Our ‘Sensory Friendly’ screenings are designed for guests with autism or sensory disorders. During a ‘Sensory Screening’ the lights are left on low, the sound is turned down and subtitles are played for the show.

Each Omniplex Cinema nationwide will show a sensory friendly screening every Saturday and Sunday around 12pm (before the foyer gets too busy and noisy for the later shows) showing the most popular family friendly movie at the time. The movie changes every week unless there is significant demand for a second showing of a popular movie. We set our movie schedules on a week to week basis so times will be updates each Wednesday for the coming Saturday & Sunday.

Wheelchair Accessibility

When booking tickets online, the wheelchair space is indicated with a wheelchair icon. Tickets can also be purchased at the counter in-cinema. If you have any questions about accessibility for your upcoming visit, please feel free to contact your local cinema here and a member of the local management team will follow up with you.

Carers Access

We do provide complementary tickets to carers on the presentation of The Carers Association of Ireland (http://www.carersireland.com) membership card, also known as a 'FCI Card '. This card is accepted at all Omniplex Cinemas in the Republic of Ireland. We accept it Monday to Thursday when the carer is accompanying someone whom they are caring cared for and whom has bought a cinema ticket. For the full terms and conditions please see here: T&C.

We also accept CEA cards in all of our cinemas throughout Northern Ireland subject to their standard Terms & Conditions.
