Cinema duty managers are responsible for all aspects of the cinema operation including efficient day-to-day control of all cinema activities and promoting effective visitor services, whilst supporting the Assistant and General Managers to ensure the business objectives are achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
Previous cinema experience, while beneficial, is not required as full training and support will be provided. However, proven retail or leisure management or supervisor experience is essential.
KEY SKILLS FOR CINEMA MANAGERS
Personal qualities such as good problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are important. All candidates must be confident, commercially aware and capable of forming good relationships with a wide range of people. Good business and IT skills are also important.
You must be hands on, and able to manage and motivate a team to provide a professional, high quality and successful cinema experience to all of our customers.
